Yoga in the Gallery｜Ground Down: Come Back to Basics

𝘎𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘵 𝘢𝘳𝘵 𝘱𝘪𝘤𝘬𝘴 𝘶𝘱 𝘸𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦 𝘯𝘢𝘵𝘶𝘳𝘦 𝘦𝘯𝘥𝘴. We want to join the yoga and art together. The theme "𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝 𝐃𝐨𝐰𝐧: 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐤 𝐭𝐨 𝐁𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐜𝐬" immerses you into the Serenity from yoga and the soother from the artworks. 

It'll be fantastic to practice🧘🏻‍♀️ while being surrounded by the art pieces🎨. There is no must in yoga, or art cos yoga is for everybody, and art is free! It is gonna be a 𝙍𝙀𝘼𝙇 𝙗𝙚𝙜𝙞𝙣𝙣𝙚𝙧-𝙛𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙙𝙡𝙮 𝙘𝙡𝙖𝙨𝙨, 𝙬𝙝𝙞𝙘𝙝 𝙞𝙨 𝙬𝙚𝙡𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙚 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙖𝙣𝙮𝙤𝙣𝙚 𝙣𝙚𝙬 𝙩𝙤 𝙮𝙤𝙜𝙖! 𝙇𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩 𝙧𝙚𝙛𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙝𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨🥗🍴 𝙬𝙞𝙡𝙡 𝙗𝙚 𝙨𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙚𝙙 𝙖𝙛𝙩𝙚𝙧 1𝙝𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙮𝙤𝙜𝙖 𝙘𝙡𝙖𝙨𝙨 𝙖𝙣𝙙 15𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙨 𝙖𝙧𝙩 𝙩𝙤𝙪𝙧.
